WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Many items are custom made to order to help reduce waste. As such, please allow about 1 week for clothing orders to process and ship unless otherwise noted (some items deliver in as fast as 3 days). For skate deck orders, please allow 1 to two weeks for items to ship. Shipping and processing info for specialy items such as collaborations will be made available on the collection's respective shop page - please refer to those guidelines for info.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
As soon as your item(s) are ready to ship you will receive an e-mail with tracking information so that you can easily track your order.
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
WILL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Depending on the laws of your country of residence, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. We will notify you immediately via e-mail if this is the case for your order to check if you'd prefer to receive a refund instead.
*Note: Skate Decks and specialty collections such as Collaboration items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges. All sales are final. The following policies and procedures apply to products which fall outside of these collections. We want you to love your purchase and we continuously strive to deliver the highest quality products possible!
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, you may initiate a return of the item(s) for a full REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another product within 14 days of receiving your order. Note: customer is responsible for return shipping fees on all returned items but is not responsible for return shipping fees on items EXCHANGED:
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Massive Action LLC's customer service team will coordinate payment of return shipping fees with you (if applicable). Note: refunds on returned items will be processed 2-5 days from receipt of the returned items.
To initiate a return email us at stating the reason for the return. When posssible, please include pictures of damaged items where applicable.
Clothing exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed by offering customer an exclusive coupon/discount code equal to the original item(s) purchased. Note: international customers (i.e. customers with a delivery address outside of the U.S.) wishing to exchange items will be responsible for return shipping fees. To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to the address we provide to you via email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund per our policies noted herein.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
International orders: return shipping charges are non-refundable.
International orders: import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
