WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Many items are custom made to order to help reduce waste.Ā As such, please allow a bout 1 week for clothing orders to process and ship unless otherwise noted (some items deliver in as fast as 3 days). For skate deck orders, please allow 1 to two weeks for items to ship. Shipping and processing info for specialy items such as collaborations will be made available on the collection's respective shop page - please refer to those guidelines for info.

As soon as your item(s) are ready to ship you will receive an e-mail with tracking information so that you can easily track your order.

RETURN POLICY

*Note: Skate Decks and specialty collections such as Collaboration items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges. All sales are final. The following policies and procedures apply to products which fall outside of these collections (i.e. Lonely Hearts Club/clothingĀ items). We want you to love your purchase and we continuouslyĀ strive to deliver the highest quality products possible!

If for some reasonĀ you are not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another productĀ within 30 days of receiving your order, free of charge.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

  • To initiate a return email us atĀ service@massiveactionapparel.comĀ stating the reason for the return.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Clothing exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Note: international customers (i.e. customers with a delivery address outside of the U.S.) will be responsible for return shipping fees. U.S. customers (i.e. customers with a U.S. delivery address)Ā can enjoy zero cost returnsĀ due to the cost effectiveness of U.S. domestic shipping rates. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@massiveactionapparel.com

  • To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

    • Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

    • Mail your return to the address we provide to you via email.

    • Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return.

  • International orders: return shippingĀ charges are non-refundable.

  • International orders: import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
